Yathar is one of the top food service companies in Myanmar and they have been using Better HR since 2019. Khin Myint Myint Khine, the HR manager of Yathar, shares her experiences about using Better HR.
Before using Better HR, Yathar was using an HR software from Japan and one of the biggest problems with it was the holiday calendar. The Japanese HR software uses the Japanese holiday calendar and is not customizable. Khin Myint said "I had to put all of holidays and off-days manually. It was very frustrating.". So she started looking for a local HR software to help with these problems.
Swe Zin Aung San is an HR Manager from Rabbiz Co.,Ltd, the parent company of CarsDB. As one of the largest online car classifieds site in Myanmar, CarsDB has been using Better HR for over a year now. As the company grows, the management team wanted to know the HR data up-to-date. So Swe Zin started searching an HR softwares, and she found Better HR on Facebook.

Much research about the employee experience journey shows the behavior flows and mental status of the workforce. Monitoring and tracking the employee behavior is must and complicated to any company. Predicting and planning for such things will help to manage the diversity, equal opportunity, unnecessary conflicts, accidents in production and so forth. Tracking employees' behavior will help to prevent sudden strikes and help to continue the production processes.
