Create Job
Creating a job posting is quick and easy with just three simple steps. In Step 1, you add essential hiring information such as the job title, location, employment type, salary range, and more. Step 2 involves filling out details about the position, including the job description, requirements, and any benefits offered for the role. Finally, complete your job posting by purchasing credits to publish it on the Better Jobs platform.
Scheduling Interviews
Whether the interview is virtual or in-person, HR can efficiently manage the entire interview process. The interview invitation is automatically sent to the candidate through a notification on the Better Jobs app.
Making Offer Letter
Once the interview process is complete, HR doesn’t need to create the offer letter separately. The "Recruitment" feature allows you to generate and manage offer letters directly. There's also an option to attach the offer letter file, making the offer stage easier and more straightforward for HR.
Company Profile
It allows you to create and manage your company's profile, which will be displayed on the Better Jobs website. It is especially well-suited for corporations with multiple subsidiaries, as there is no limit to the number of profiles you can create. Whether you're a corporate entity or an SME, Better HR makes it easy to create as many company profiles as you need, ensuring a convenient and flexible solution for all business types.

To post a job on Better Jobs website, employers must purchase credits. Each job post requires 25 credits. To buy credits, simply contact Better HR Customer Success team. Once payment has confirmed, the purchased credits will be added to your account.
