We continuously improve and update our software to ensure our users have the best experience. This January, we’ve made several exciting updates to enhance your experience. Let’s take a look at the key improvements!
1. Monthly Backup Data
Managing employee attendance and leave records can be challenging. To make it easier, we’ve added a new feature called “Monthly Backup Data” in the software settings. Now, you can download monthly data for employee attendance and leave records in one place. This ensures accurate data collection and secure storage for your records.
2. Leave Module Enhancements
Tracking leave requests just got simpler! Previously, there was no way to track the date of leave submission or approval. With this update, you can now see both the submission and approval dates for each leave request. This helps HR teams stay on top of leave approvals and avoid missing any requests.
3. Faster Entry and Search Performance
Processing payroll for a large group of employees? Our software now allows you to enter and search bulk payroll data in seconds. We know your time is valuable, so we’ve optimized the system to calculate payroll quickly and efficiently.
4. Vietnam Payroll Updates
To our Vietnam clients, we’ve made it easier to manage social insurance for your employees. Previously, you had to edit social insurance details in the employee features. Now, you can make these changes directly in the payroll section or even in the Excel export file. This update saves time and streamlines the payroll process.
