January 2025 marks a major milestone for Better HR Sri Lanka, a record-breaking month where the team not only achieved but exceeded their sales target. To celebrate this achievement, the team gathered for a small treat at the Sri Lanka office, a moment that reflected the dedication, strategy, and persistence behind their success.
A Record-Breaking Start to 2025
Exceeding sales targets in a competitive and price-sensitive market wasn’t easy. Our Sri Lanka Country Manager, Prashanth Rajkrishna Rajaratnam, shares:
“One of the key challenges was maintaining consistent pipeline growth. Many businesses were still hesitant to shift from manual processes, which made decision-making cycles longer. It took personalized follow-ups, strong coordination, and a lot of adaptability from the team to get here.”
The team’s monthly sales jumped from 7–11 clients to over 15 with higher invoice values. This success didn’t come from pushing harder, but from working smarter: improving lead qualification, strengthening partnerships, and tailoring demos to show real value across industries.

Launched in April 2022, Better HR Sri Lanka now serves over 200 clients across industries such as IT, healthcare, advertising, restaurants, supermarkets, education, tourism, and more.
